Day 1 of the Konomi Festival in Rhinoceros.
We will have the pleasure to offer you an exclusiv Sake Flight paired with the great Jazz Trio record of Ryo Fukui “Mellow Dreams”
The 3 different Sake have been choosen by Robert Schrötter head of the Konomi Festival and Sake Festival Basel . For those who remember we did with Robert an absolutely amazing Japanese Cocktail Week in 2021 at the bar.
We’ll serve a tasting of three different, exciting sake. Explanation and degustation notes of the sake styles and flavors will be told before and after the listening session.
