Miake is an authentic Japanese izakaya in Basel (CH) .
Izakayas in Japan are places at the intersection of casual pub and restaurant. With us you will be able to soak up the flavors of Japan as well as its hospitality and atmosphere!
Max, the bar manager at the Izakaya Miake, brings a few of his successful recipes with him.
Thus transforms the “French-Japanese jazz bar” into a “Swiss-Japanese jazz bar” for one night. Japanese flavors meet Swiss joie de vivre and friendliness. A really great opportunity to gain initial insights here!
