The Japanese bar culture offers us western barflies many surprises. One of them is the most simple drink: whisky soda.
Confusingly known as “highball” in Japan, the naming has caused much confusion. Today we are clearing up this confusion and giving an insight into the western and eastern definition of this drink. We’ll expand the aromatic palette to Japanese gin, Japanese vodka and various original ingredients from the land of the rising sun!
