Almost to the day (the first session has been on 22.01.2019) we’ll celebrate NRFS’s birthday with a special album: complex and layered, it challenges traditional genre boundaries with its minimalist production and unconventional song structures. The album’s exploration of sexuality, provides rare and nuanced representation of queer experiences in popular music. Ocean examines themes of love, heartbreak, self-discovery, and personal growth taking us through an emotional coming-of-age narration that makes „Blonde“ universally relatable ant timeless.
