It is with great pleasure that we will host Robert Schröter, probably the only bartender from Berlin who worked (and survived) in Japan for more than a year, working behind the Bar Trench in Tokyo.
Robert will mix a wide variety of cocktails for us from October 6th to 9th, including five of his own creations, inspired by his time behind the counter of the Bar Trench in Tokyo Ebisu, one of the best bars in Asia.
Think of Sencha, Shoyu, Sake, Shochu, and even Mirin, just to name a few of the ingredients you can look forward to. These cocktails taste fantastic, believe us, we already tried them!
We’re really looking forward to sharing the bar with Robert during this Japanese week, of course with some good J-JAZZ records on the soundtrack.
