Jared and Jonathan Mattson succeeded in something that only rarely goes right: paying an hommage one of the most “untouchable” and beloved records in music history. Their fresh, intelligent and light-hearted version of Coltrane’s masterpiece is a joy for the ears and pays perfectly into the spirit of our series. Let’s enjoy together the 24 minutes guitar/drums duo and –after a short break – the original version.
